A 3-day Live Event for Real Estate Agents

The simplest way to take your Real Estate
Business from 6 to 7 figures

…without your business holding you hostage or needing a huge team

Dates coming soon…

If you’re looking to scale your real estate business to 7 figures in 2021…

There’s a proven blueprint to scaling your business. And we want you to have it so that you can make more income, spend more time with your family, and grow as an individual and business owner…

WITHOUT

Spending even more time behind
your computer screen

With this proven model, your 12-hour work days are behind you. You’ll be able to streamline your days, grow your team with confidence, and leverage the power of automation and systems —so you can get out of “number-cruncher” and running around town trying to make a million listing appointments and get back into vision mode.

Having a gigantic team

You don’t want to spend your days being a glorified babysitter for adults. You need motivated, efficient, skilled people who are enrolled in your vision and excited about helping you grow your revenue and your impact in the community. A few of the right people working towards a common vision is better than a massive team that comes and goes.

Costly rookie mistakes

Whether it’s partnering with the wrong people, spending tons of money on lead gen companies for terrible leads, or not following your gut about that last hire, you don’t have any more time or money to waste. With the right system, you can fill “money leaks” and practically guarantee profit, before you even start.

Having to chase or hard sell

You should never have to feel like you’re competing for listings, for team members, or for the best clients. And you shouldn’t have to be strongarmed on commission, make a bunch of concessions, or cancel on dinner plans with your family (again) for a client. You need clients that are enthusiastic about working with your team.

Doing everything yourself

Being a one-person show is exhausting. Agents get stuck in the trap of thinking that they’re the only people who can do something… which isn’t scalable. We’re going to take the genius that’s in your brain and turn it into a repeatable, scalable system that allows you to focus on growth while your team manages the execution.

…This is your invitation to
do things the easy way.

The Listings Lab Live is the premier event for real estate agents who are serious about changing their lives by changing their business.

You’ll get 3 days of actionable, proven, cutting-edge strategies you can implement in your business immediately to start scaling to 7-figures in your real estate business without sacrificing your time. Because let’s face it… you’ve already sacrificed a lot. You got into this business to have an impact on the lives of others, yes… but also because you wanted more.

More freedom. More income. More time to spend doing what you love with the people you love.

By the end of this event, you’ll finally know how to make it happen without becoming a captive to your business, having a huge team, or sacrificing time with your family.

Just got to the airport and about to fly back to Alberta ☺

Its been an intense 4 days and physically I'm exhausted!! Mentally... I feel like I just RECHARGED X 1000.

I'm super pumped my best friend got in board. So excited for her !!

It was a pleasure meeting all of our members. Such incredible, amazing people.

What Ara said... And...

The last few days were fabulous. Jess, you're amazing. Yves and the entire LL team are equally amazing. I've told you that many times and you are leading a revolution within me.

Like a lot of us I've been to the cattle ranch real estate conferences that turn into a giant pushy pitch fest. You create the antithesis of the industry. A deep, connected, rich community of heart centred Realtors.

The last few days were a lot. You gave us so much and I have even more focus to build my online marketing machine.

Leaving the venue was hard for me today.

I honestly feel like I need to re-enter into normal society now.

Felt like I was in a different state vibrating higher than normal humans since Tuesday.

Normal tasks seem so mundane. Emails that used to bother me, don't. I'm calm. I'm focused and I don't feel the usual post conference anxiety.

Imagine it's New Year's Eve... The last day of 2022...

There’s 2 ways to grow your business to 7-figures:
the easy way and the hard way.

I learned the hard way… let me be upfront – it sucks.

And I had an advantage that many people don’t have: my mom was an agent. I became an agent because I’d grown up in the industry (okay, I also got a useless BA from U of T, but that’s a story for another day). Point is: I loved this industry and I knew that I wanted to be a part of it.

So when I joined my company, I went to all the trainings and did all the things and watched all the top agents kill themselves. And that’s how I started running my business, too. After all, if it was working for other people, that was how I should do it, right?

The breaking point was… spaghetti.

Yes, the long, skinny things that you put sauce on. Spaghetti almost cost me everything… most importantly, my marriage.

I was at dinner with my husband, Yves (you’ll meet him at the event – he’s our Head of Marketing), and I saw a client’s name come up on my phone. Because of course I had my phone out on the table.

So I did one of the most horrifying things
a human can do: I spit my gross, half-
chewed spaghetti out of my mouth
and into my napkin, picked up my
phone, and walked out of the
restaurant and away from
my husband.

my husband.

By the time I walked back into the restaurant, I knew I never wanted to have that experience again. I never wanted to be the woman spitting out spaghetti on a date with her husband to talk to someone else.

I knew that there had to be a better way. A way that involved me being able to go out on a date with my husband and leave my phone at home without giving it a second thought. A way that allowed me to spend birthdays with my family without having to excuse myself every five minutes. A way that allowed me to travel and actually enjoy the money I was making.

So I set out to find it. And when I did…
I made it my mission to help as many agents
as possible to create the real estate business
they’ve always wanted to build, without their own disgusting spaghetti moments.

This is the only event for Real Estate Agents who are
serious about growing their business…without becoming
a captive to the business

I’m bringing the best, cutting-edge strategies in the marketplace right now to Listings Lab Live 2022.

You’ll walk away with sustainable strategies to grow your business from 6 to 7 figures without sacrificing time with your family or becoming a captive to your business.

At this 3 day event, you’ll get exclusive access to never-before-seen strategies on what’s working in real estate marketing in 2022. There is no “fluff” here; just tactical, actionable strategies you can use to grow your business.

You’ll leave with a PLAN—a plan to grow your company, grow your brand, and most importantly grow your SALES…without becoming a captive to your business.

At the event, we focus on equipping
you to grow in 6 key areas:

Lead Gen

As you grow a team, you don’t only need leads for yourself… the best teams are the ones with leads that can be distributed to team members and where the team works together to get the job done. High-quality leads that come to you, are excited about working with YOUR team and don’t price shop or take six months to make a decision. Building out that “know, like, and trust factor” BEFORE you meet.

Sales

So you have someone in front of you (or your team member does), now what do you do? We’re going to talk about sales conversations in the many ways that they happen now: phone, email, messenger, text, etc. Being able to create rapport is the easy part…getting pen to paper takes more than just a relationship. Being able to understand the psychology of each conversation and how to ethically influence it for the right outcome for both parties is a skill that everyone on your team should have.

Clients and Services

You cannot be the end-all, be-all of your business. If you are, there’s no path to scaling. But don’t panic if that’s currently you! We’re going to show you how to take what you do and turn it into a repeatable, scalable service that makes working with you and your team a no-brainer and allows your team members’ individual expertise to shine!

Team and Operations

Making sure you build out the systems and process in the back end of your business will literally create more time and freedom. Hiring, firing, and understanding how the team should be scaled at a high level is the foundation of being able to execute a systemized plan of action. When you create systems that are unlimitedly scalable, the business also becomes unlimitedly scalable…so that’s what we’re going to cover. A business without a ceiling and without needing more and more of your time.

Mindset and Upper Limits

This is, by far, the most important (and underestimated) pillar in real estate. Without a solid foundation to build from, getting to 7-figures is going to be a struggle. Your mind is the one driving the car, helping you come up with ideas, but it’s controlled by its limits on what it thinks is possible. We’re going to show you how to rewire your brain for high performance and make the business of getting to 7-figures feel easy!

Consistent Action

You know how you’ve attended events like this before and you get all amped up… and then two weeks later you’re back to your old tricks? We’re committed to not letting that happen. Consistent Action is one of the most important parts of growing to 7-figures. So you won’t just leave the event on day 3 with notebooks full of strategies that end up collecting dust on a bookshelf that you’ll declutter in your next move. You’ll actually get to implement some of what we teach so that by the time you leave, you’ll have ALREADY started to set the foundation. That way, you’re building on momentum. The hardest part is starting, and we want to make sure you’re not starting when you get home, you’re continuing on the massive action you’ve already taken.

Handed in my lease termination on my retail office storefront that I also designed and I love the space.

Doesn't fit with my plan anymore. It was hard to close the office but it's a big win for a couple of reasons: overhead, safety. Also got a referral and more business from my landlord in the discussion. So a WIN on overhead and more business from my landlord who is letting me out early with no penalty. I feel a hundred pounds lighter and moving into the main branch office.

After one quarter of employment, I can finally and confidently say I made an aligned hire!

Some of y'all know about the drama I had on my team Q1/Q2 of this year. Where I felt like I was the mother of a teenage daughter who wanted to talk back and party too much. Somehow it made me feel like a failure or that my internal "picker" was off or something. MANY thanks to the 7FA team for helping me get clear on my business needs, my vision for the short and long term, my business core values, and culture. Once I really embraced those things, it has become that much clearer when the right person comesalong. Making this full time hire has been a game changer and is one of the best decisions I've made in business to date !

I've got a couple of what feel like big wins for me.

I've brought on a VA company for transaction coordination, I know I'll still need someone to do other jobs but I've been resisting this for so long that I'm pretty pumped. I'm about a month in and it's been super fantastic so far. I've also ordered a couple of different meals kits to test at home. With me working and the kids back to all the hockey, piano, tutoring, etc we've been really sacrificing in the healthy eating department. Hopefully the kids will eat it.

My partner agent just got his 5th buyer under contract today since starting in August, a month before I went out on maternity leave.

He closed his first transaction ever yesterday.

Our VA just loaded his very first listing.

It was a bit of a bumpy ride but we got it done.

We just had a huge win.

The meeting this morning I was so concerned about went really well. #1 change is that the agent showed up for his meeting ahead of time. Then he owned his failures, agreed that he needs to and wants to change, and was happy to put a plan in place to make it happen. He is 100% on board with being held accountable as well wth quarterly reviews and with signing off on the commitment document. Thank you to the whole team here for giving me the courage to stand up and say "no we are going to do better", with helping me own my failures, helping me be clear for my team and helping me to be a better leader. I am so ready now for 2022 to rock out for all of us.

I had a couple wins for me last week.

  1.  I started engaging old leads and looking forward to what that brings. But I also read an entire book last week. I just sat down one day and read the whole thing. Something I used to do prior to real estate but rarely do now. It was for business but I gave myself the luxury of finishing the whole thing and not worrying about anything else.

LOL!! Well, we have a challenging listing and recently had to have a hard conversation with our clients about reducing the price.

We've been on the market for 35ish days and have had over 8 showings and 2 lowball offers. Our clients were very reluctant to reduce the price, but the market was speaking loud and clear. Jeff and I had a conversation with @Ashley and @KaraLee who gave us amazing advice and guidance around language., mindset and setting expectations. They were listed at $1,042,500 and we suggested canceling the listing and relaunching at $1,019,000 to attract a new pool of buyers. They took our advice and we relaunched the listing on Friday September 18th. We had a flurry of showings (all new buyers) and received 2 offers on Wednesday September 23rd and it's conditionally sold at a price that's higher than our list price was before we did the price  reduction. These are incredibly pessimistic clients and they're fully expecting the

Can I post a celebration?

@Brooke Rodriguez - Team Kelsey is officially over to the team as founding member, I'm over the moon. She's the kind of agent I dreamed about having on my team! She's tenacious, witty, and a natural leader. We are so stoked!

Just want to share something with you guys.

I was dragging my feet through TLL and joined 7FA. Before I starting posting content I had started a new FB page for myself as I have one for my team that has 600 likes. But wanted this one to be just me, so it's at lke 15 likes as I haven't invited all my friends, past clients, etc. So I've posted 4 pieces of content ther in 2 days and 2 pieces on my personal FB page. First one was a personal story and 2nd was a video about real estate. Personal Story has 130 likes and 42 comments. Video has 17 comments, 1 share and a bunch of views in 2hrs. Had an old high school friend reach out and ask if I would help them when  they move back in 9 months or so and a past client ask if I'd help his brother-in-law buy now (low price point but whatevs). I was already a believer but damn that escalated quickly.

Bravely entering the world of hiring my first admin/ops person.

Down to 4 candidates! And have made some headway on my bigger company vision. Keeping the dream going!

I enjoyed today's MM (my first one). Its so nice to see and hear from other likeminded pros sharing and caring.

It reminds me we aren't in this alone and all striving for greatness and HARMONY 😉 @Ashley I really appreciated the prompts you shared and made me rethink my branding and website (along with all the other  great tidbits you shared) @Jess you normalize and center me with sound and logical advice and are inspirational with how you've conquered so many challenges of entrepreneurship and a shining star @JC I usually don't connect with myself/my thoughts very much or take myself too seriously, but your advice definitely sinks into my subconscious and I know it'll come flowing back to me when I need it most @KaraLee you're a positive and truly appreciate your experiences, wisdom and time. Gives me great hope there is excellence in this industry and motivates me to keep on pushing.

My lead buyer's agent just closed on a purchase for a client that is the record residential commission for our office.

Price point $4.3MM!

I'm in Portugal and just finished dinner with my wife. My real estate business is working for me...

  1. Got an email that more eXp stock has been awarded to me because another agent closed a deal
  2. Have a team member who helped handle my closing for me today
  3. Had another agent in my sponsor group show a place to a buyer and need to write up the offer
  4. Coordinated a home inspection from here where conditions will get waived
  5. Had lunch with a agent who I will hopefully sponsor once eXp launches here... so my trip is now a business expense
  6. Annnddd just got a message....adding another agent to my rev share tomorrow

I sold a listing tonight that me over my earned income from 2019.

When I moved to Victoria in March I never imagined that I would pass my income from last year. So grateful for this amazing community and all the support I get from it.

A couple of months ago @KaraLee and I were discussing goals.

I told her that I was going to complete 7 transactions so that I could buy myself a Q7. I completed 6 and have 2 listings that will sell. I'm not much for visualization--my mind won't stop long enough to focus but I had been reciting "7 Ends - Q7" and guess what?

I have couple wins to share.

This is the first year that I actually hit my GCI goal...and it felt reasonably easy. I have a stretch goal which I came very close to hitting. This past year is the only time where I have been totally "arms open" to coaching, learning and growth and have recognized real change in my mindset, mentality and habits.

After twisting myself in knots I finally listened to @karalee and hired the VA.

She's amazing and after 2 days she's already solved many of my points. Game changer is an understatement... now I'm planning the team expansion. And I swear there's something magical happening ... people reaching out ... clients calling .... The perfect houses are appearing. I'm starting to get run off my feet .... love it!!!

It's been a busy week, but I'm stoked!

Converted 2 ad leads. Asked for help on fb ads and how to achieve growth with IG account as per the IG training. Successfully on-boarded the ISA and he's already converting leads to appts. Successfully TOOK OFF Sunday. AND Successfully on-boarded my second agent. It's coming together!

I started the 7FA program in about July.

It was my Broker who sent my first hire my way. This second potential one had also come from my broker. The ISA ... that's was a fluke. He was my ISA when I had a lead gen company .... The company closed so he approached me. He was great at converting to appointments so I'm taking a calculated risk. But the BIGGEST step was listening to Ashley and KaraLee and brought the VA on board. She implemented the systems and took a ton of worry off my plate. As soon as I realized there were capable people around me ... I actually let go. THAT is what accelerated the growth. But to answer your other question ... took me a few weeks to interview the first buyer agent. I've had little success in the job boards. And thank you ... I'm living proof that it can be done. If I can do it, ANYONE can!!

Thank you @karalee for the awesome idea.

The agents loved this!

Here's what's what. @Jess and @Ashley are the center of my world right now!

Four months ago or so I was struggling to make ends meet. There was a panic button and I'd pressed it! These two got on a call with me and spent 75 minutes getting shit right in my head. Following that I've focused on getting my ads running but more importantly connecting with my sphere and working mindset. July was ok but August, holy shit! As of today I blasted past my monthly goal by over 15K, I have an offer presentation on one of my listings tomorrow, I've got 5 pretty decent lease listings on the market and tomorrow I'm submitting 3 offers on three properties all in the 800 - 1.1 range. With any luck I'll be looking at close to a double in my monthly goal. AAAAnd, still plenty left in the pipeline for September and October. Biggest win out of all these though is the commercial deal I spent t he last week putting together. I was able to separate myself from the outcome and get to a common ground where everyone was happy. Thanks ladies.

I just hired my first full time admin #confettitime

Big shout out to @Yves.

Thank you so much for your input and time today. So appreciated.

Appreciation post for @Ashley

Who coached me through a doozie this afternoon!!

Props to the one and only @Ashley I've been struggling to get my ads targeted correctly.

I so happened to have my 1:1 with Ashley yesterday. She gave me the run down on this, keyed in on a couple things I was missing then swooped into my ads and made some pretty big changes to the targeting. Today looked at the leads that had come in ad I've gotten 15 new leads on one listing with a cost per lead at $1.78. I've had 5 ok conversations just this morning. Biggest thing I learned, the order of the group segments matter. First lifestyle then real estate puts me into a different audience with less competition for the ad space.

I beat out 39 offers tonight for my buyer client we won!!

I'm so grateful and happy for my clients. @jess I used your advice from the Buzz conference when I was prepping the offer with my buyers - I told them to get ready to set a new record price and be prepared to play to win - sure todays price broke the record but who wants to compete against tomorrows prices!! Thankful we got this one it's tough out there.

Just paid up all my taxes (finally) and the amount totaled more than my income my first 3 years in this business combined.

F**cking Hooray! Also got the bank draft for a 25k donation to my fav charity from the sale of a home. DAMN THIS FEELS GOOD.
