Jess Lenouvel is an author, speaker, media contributor, and Founder of The Listings Lab. A real estate marketing and business scaling vanguard, she made the decision to stop selling after 13 years in the business and help agents create scalable, sustainable businesses by creating relationships at scale. The Listings Lab was founded in 2018 and Jess and her team have showed over 20,000 agents how to build scalable, sustainable businesses for the digital era that don’t require a choice between lifestyle and financial freedom. A sought-after media expert on real estate marketing, Jess and The Listings Lab

method have been featured in Forbes and Entrepreneur and she has spoken at the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Sales Convention for 55,000 agents.

When she isn’t helping agents grow their business across the company’s three programs, she’s probably snuggling up with a cat, eating peanut butter, and watching a British crime drama.

Heather El-Chaer
Digital Marketing Mentor
Heather El-Chaer is the digital marketing assistant for The Listings Lab. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree at the University of Toronto in Digital Marketing and Communications, she then went on to start her career within the digital marketing world. In the last 4 years, she has assisted in generating thousands of leads for various individuals on Facebook through paid advertising efforts. The majority of her career has revolved around taking a simple concept and growing it into a lead-generating machine.

Through her curiosity, creativity, and willingness to help others, there is no campaign that is too big or small that she can’t assist on. She believes that the beauty and excitement of the marketing world is how it’s constantly changing. There’s always room to grow and learn, which makes working in this industry a constant adventure of finding and implementing new techniques and strategies to grow people’s businesses.

With a positive attitude, a smiling face, and the occasional gif, Heather is always here to help. You can expect Heather to put her all into everything she does. When she’s not working, you can find her cozied up reading some sort of sci-fi/fantasy novel, spending time with her family and friends, watching an embarrassing amount of different TLC shows, or thinking of new projects and ideas to do.

Ashley Couto is the Chief Operating Officer at The Listings Lab and a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant. She has been working on the internet since the days of Myspace across branding, social media, digital marketing, operations, and PR. Her client roster has included Fortune 500 companies, A-list celebrities, and top-ranked universities. She has a BFA and MA from Concordia University. She has been an invited speaker and conference presenter on four continents and spoken at some of the world’s leading universities. Prior to joining The Listings Lab in 2018, Ashley owned a successful PR and

Influencer Marketing agency. Running the agency gave her the chops to help members across The Listings Lab’s programs to hire top-quality team members and streamline their systems. Internally, she manages the team and oversees the company’s projects.

Vincent Valladores
LEAD VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Vincent Valladores is The Listings Lab’s Virtual Assistant. Based in the Philippines, he joined the team in 2020 and has been a valuable member ever since. Vincent helps ensure that our members have access to our programs, and that our team is fully supported in their day to day activities. He handles many of the day-to-day administrative tasks for the rest of the team so they can concentrate on the bigger picture and tasks of high value to the business. Outside of The Listing Lab’s digital offices, he can be found spending time with his son and partner and working on his fitness goals.
Yves Lenouvel
CHIEF EXPERIENCE OFFICER
Yves Lenouvel is co-founder and Chief Experience Officer at The Listings Lab. He worked with Jess from the beginning to build the systems that allowed her to climb to the top of her field and in 5 years, he created and nurtured an audience for Jess and her team and he enjoyed doing it every step of the way. Yves is passionate about ensuring that all the live events, retreats, and other live experiences hosted by The Listings Lab are top-notch, memorable experiences for everyone who attends. He brings to his position a wealth of experience in event creation, management, and trade shows. An uber-positive guy, Yves has the ability to take in joy from every aspect of the world around him and he brings that energy and passion into his work and to those near him. He lives in Eleuthera with Jess and their two cats, Dolce and Lilah.

KaraLee Foat-Barrett
HEAD OF COACHING
KaraLee Foat-Barrett is the Head of Coaching for The Listings Lab. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership and is a certified instructor of Leadership for the Canadian Real Estate Association.  Actively involved in organized real estate, KaraLee has held the role of chair of the TW Saunders Award Committee; member of the Calgary Real Estate Board Leadership and Development Committee; past governor for the CREB Charitable Foundation; and President of the Southern Alberta Broker Council for Century 21 Canada. KaraLee built a successful real estate team, and launched a brokerage in 2013 which has since grown to include 4 different offices in Alberta. In 2016, she was named as one of the Elite Women in Canadian Realestate by REP magazine. Her brokerage has been nominated for Franchise of the year for Century 21 Canada multiple times, specifically for the unique value proposition and agent training they focus on to help their agents build strong and vibrant businesses.   

Prior to Real Estate, you could have found KaraLee in the gym coaching college Men’s Basketball but today you will find her using those skills to help Agents. While she loves her role as Coach, her favorite role is boy-mom.  She embraces the opportunities to play hockey, golf or basketball with her 3 boys whenever she gets a chance.

Amanda White
Program Enrolment Specialist
Amanda White is a Sales Setter for The Listings Lab. Prior to The Listings Lab, Amanda worked in health care for 12 years . She spent many of those years working for 911 and then transitioned into a team lead role, where she managed 2 teams at the local hospital. Amanda also has a background in real estate and decided to join The Listings Lab program to grow her business. She loved Jess’s program, methodology, and culture so much that she wanted to be a part of the team. She’s now transitioned out of her full time role as an agent so she can focus solely on supporting others on their

journey to success! When she isn’t talking to others about the program and supporting the sales team, she likes to spend her time with her spouse Colman, cuddling up with her dog on the couch, watching some reality tv, and always learning fun new things!!

Cynthia Zilke
Head of Product
Cynthia Zilke is the Head of Product at The Listings Lab. Prior to joining the company, she worked as an Administrator and Marketing Coordinator for a boutique brokerage in Saskatchewan. Cynthia also went through the flagship program, The Listings Lab, and was the brains behind the most viral and engaged posts in the program's history. Working closely with agents in an administrative and marketing role has given her a unique perspective on the industry that she brings to the table. Her interests include amateur videography and editing. She was able to put these skills to work in her local brokerage and continues to dabble. Her work prior to real estate consisted mainly in the medical field which contributed to her emphatic view of the human condition… key components for any creative writer and content creator.  On the daily, she embraces her role as boymom and wife and in the midst of chaos, you’ll likely find her knitting, organizing or taking on a new project.

He is also an active real estate agent who has been through The Listings Lab program and saw tremendous results by speaking to his ideal clients. Scott’s dedicated to connecting agents with the right programs that will help them advance their business growth and help them to regain their freedom and live the kind of life they envisioned when they first entered the business.

When he isn’t speaking to people about The Listings Lab’s programs or serving his real estate clients, Scott is spending time with his wife and daughters, and working on his fitness goals.

Marie-Lise Handley
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to working with The Listings Lab, Marie-Lise worked in finance for nearly two decades with a leading financial institution in Canada in their commercial banking sector doing cash management for corporations. Now, working closely with the Founder, COO and Head of Marketing, Marie-Lise oversees the day to day financial operations of The Listings Lab. Her job is to make sure the company is on budget, that payments are collected, and that the company accountant doesn’t just get a giant box of receipts at the end of the year!

When she’s not working, Marie-Lise is a dedicated member of her community, particularly in the educational sector. She is going on her fourth year of being an executive on the council at her son’s school and runs their hot lunch program, making sure that kids have the fuel they need to power through the tail end of their days!

When she’s not working or volunteering, Marie-Lise is usually spending time with her husband and son, or knitting…. but not in that order.

Felicia Hinton is a Program Enrolment Specialist at The Listings Lab. Celebrating nearly a decade in the real estate industry, she understands the evolution of the business and how important it is to build real connections with ideal clients.

Felicia finds accomplishment in serving not only as an experienced Realtor®️, but as an advisor and mentor to other agents and helping them grow forward in their business.

When she isn’t speaking with people about The Listings Lab’s programs, Felicia enjoys exploring new restaurants and traveling with her husband.

Dylan Kennelly

Program Mentor

Dylan Kennelly is 7FA Coach at Listings Lab. He attended UNLV, where he received his bachelor’s in business management with a specialization in finance. He is currently a Real Estate Agent licensed in the Las Vegas valley, but he currently travels full-time and runs his real estate business completely remotely. Within the first three years of his career, Dylan was recognized in the top 7% of over 14,000 agents in the greater Las Vegas Area. But Dylan strives for more, so he sought out new and innovative marketing approaches.

He found The Listings Lab in 2018. As one of the first members through The Listings Lab, he built a

Dylan Kennelly is 7FA Coach at Listings Lab. He attended UNLV, where he received his bachelor’s in business management with a specialization in finance. He is currently a Real Estate Agent licensed in the Las Vegas valley, but he currently travels full-time and runs his real estate business completely remotely. Within the first three years of his career, Dylan was recognized in the top 7% of over 14,000 agents in the greater Las Vegas Area. But Dylan strives for more, so he sought out new and innovative marketing approaches.

He found The Listings Lab in 2018. As one of the first members through The Listings Lab, he built a content platform and personal brand that dramatically boosted his business. Ryan Wykes is a Program Mentor in the 7-Figure Agent Collective. If there is a word that Ryan lives by, it is “experiences”! Whether it was receiving part of his undergrad and MBA in Mexico & South Korea, trying new sports, living abroad or just trying the latest restaurant, Ryan is an experience junkie. Early in his career this led to Ryan cultivating experiences for others through events and marketing.
With over a decade in real estate, he has constantly tried to perfect the real estate journey for each and every client. As one of the founders of a large independent brokerage, he mentored, coached, trained and managed hundreds of agents and continues to coach through our programs.

As a successful participant in both The Listings Lab & 7FA programs while helping to grow a team, Ryan developed a whole new understanding for identifying with and creating a scalable real estate experience for all the clients he and his team wanted to work with.

When Ryan isn’t engulfed in all things real estate, he is likely to be found having new experiences with his wife and two young boys or participating in some form of physical activity.

Julius Arjay Sia

Virtual Assistant

Julius Arjay Sia joined the team in 2022 as a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines. He handles administrative tasks. Before entering The Listings Lab, he worked as a Junior Sales Manager in automotive services for 9 years. He enjoys learning new things especially when it comes to being a virtual assistant.

He loves spending time with his family. He finds time to play with his 2 kids and singing a lot of videoke with his wife when he’s not working.

Charry Herrera

Technical Assistant

Charry Herrera is TLL’s Technical Support VA. She’s responsible for setting up systems and ads for clients in the 7-Figure Agent Collective, building automations and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of member ads and funnels. Her prior work experience helps her become more flexible and understand how to achieve better results in less time with the help of automation.

On weekends, she spends her time with her kids watching Netflix or playing games online.

Jeanie is a 7-Figure Agent Coach at the Listings Lab. She’s a big picture kind of gal who walks along-side and upfront in leadership.. This is paired with her unique ability to see and identify gaps and strengths in systems and needs and gifts of individuals.

Jeanie is part owner in a local and privately owned boutique Real Estate brokerage and digital billboard network for over ten years. As previous Office Manager and Team Lead she’s led internal policy, systems, flow, community engagement, re-branding,

all towards captivating a culture of unity, moral integrity, team engagement and The Listings Lab flag. Prior to accepting a 7FA coaching position with The Listings Lab, Jeanie worked with the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) in a leadership role, managing rural integrated program development, roll-out and staff. Her healthcare experience spans twenty years, grooming her for what she loves the most, improvement work, research, leading self, engaging others, achieving results, developing coalitions and systems transformation (LEADS leadership methodology).

Jeanie is built to equip but her gift is to empower and release others to soar. A mother of three, research maniac, people and coffee lover her spirit is brightest with a balance of engagement and solace.

Erin is an Assistant Coach with The Listings Lab. She holds a diploma in Journalism and certificates in book editing and special event planning. Erin has held positions in PR, marketing, and communications for the past 15 years. She has been working on content marketing and copyediting for the last ten years. She is a published author with chapters in over five different analogy books and even released her own children’s book centred around single motherhood in the spring of 2021.

When she is not writing or business helping coach people how to navigate business and household duties, Erin is a single mom to three children.  When she is not at the office Erin fills her days with dance

competitions,  basketball games and endless episodes of Paw Patrol. Single motherhood has taught her how to be resilient, creative, motivated, and extremely determined, all skills she uses when coaching and producing content.

Nicole Owen

7-Figure Agent Coach

Nicole is a 7 Figure-Agent Coach with The Listings Lab. Nicole started out with visions of performing on stages around the world. She earned her degree in music and theatre, but soon discovered that her deeper passion was in helping others to step confidently, courageously and authentically into their own spotlight.

Combining her performance experience with her training as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she helps others access their own “IT Factor” to become leaders of their own lives defined with purpose and meaning.

Nicole spent a year and a half in Germany where she learned the language and developed a love for cozy cafés. She’s always on the hunt in her own hometown for the perfect trifecta: Fresh croissants, lattes with flavorful espresso and a warm ambiance. On summer evenings, you may find her taking her cat for walks in the neighborhood… after the dogs have gone to bed.
